As a company we are celebrating our 10th year working with schools both near and far. During the 10th month of the year, we would like you to try out 10 sports during this month. We would like you to spend AT LEAST 30 minutes on each activity (The Chief Medical Officers suggest we ALL do at least 60 minutes of exercise per day!)

You can do sports/activities that you currently do, you could look at some new and alternative sports or pastimes and we’d really like you to involve your friends, colleagues and families with this challenge. Please spread the word and invite your friends and colleagues to have a go too!! There will be prizes for selected entries at the end of the month. We’d also LOVE you to share any photos and activities with us on social media if you can.
