The Rate of Perceived Exertion Scale (RPE) is used to measure the intensity of your exercise. The scale runs from 1 – 10 to show varying levels of effort. The numbers relate to descriptions or feelings used to rate how easy or difficult you find the activity you are doing.

Go Far in a Jar

Here you can join in with daily physical activity challenges. This will help you reach the recommendation of 60 minutes daily whether you are currently learning at home or at school. You will also be able to take part in a wellness activity to help support your mental health too. Please follow these instructions to help you - have fun!
