Rate of Perceived Exertion

The Rate of Perceived Exertion Scale (RPE) is used to measure the intensity of your exercise. The scale runs from 1 – 10 to show varying levels of effort. The numbers relate to descriptions or feelings used to rate how easy or difficult you find the activity you are doing.

Bingo Challenge Week

Are you looking for something quick, free and easy to do in your school to improve fitness? Our Fit for Life Bingo Board can be completed easily by children in your class or by children across the whole school. If you aren't already a Fit for Life member remember to sign up for a free trial at www.fitforlifeschools.org.uk

Go Far in a Jar

Here you can join in with daily physical activity challenges. This will help you reach the recommendation of 60 minutes daily whether you are currently learning at home or at school.
